ADASH Online Monitoring Systems
ADASH stationary systems are designed for continuous monitoring of vibration and the technical condition of industrial equipment. Continuous monitoring allows you to track changes in machine performance, detect developing defects in a timely manner, and reduce the risk of unplanned shutdowns.

Compact online monitoring system with 4–16 channels
A scalable system for continuous monitoring of equipment vibration and operational parameters. The configuration, ranging from 4 to 16 channels, allows the system to be tailored to a specific facility. It supports the measurement of vibration, temperature, pressure, and rotational speed, as well as in-depth analysis of vibration signals.
16-Channel Online Monitoring System
A professional multi-channel system for continuous monitoring of mission-critical equipment. It provides simultaneous measurement across 16 vibration channels and 16 process parameter channels, supports rotational speed monitoring, and offers advanced analysis methods.
Single-Channel Vibration Monitoring System
A compact solution for continuous vibration monitoring of a single machine or bearing assembly. The system displays the current vibration level, alerts when set limits are exceeded, and can transmit the measured value to a control system via a 4–20 mA output.
Online Equipment Vibration Monitoring
ADASH stationary systems are used for continuous monitoring of electric motors, pumps, fans, gearboxes, compressors, turbines, and other critical rotating equipment.
The A3800 and A3716 systems integrate with ADASH software to collect, store, track trends, and perform detailed analysis of diagnostic data. This allows you to monitor the progression of faults and plan maintenance based on the actual condition of the machinery.
Specialists at DETC Contact will help you select and configure the ADASH monitoring system according to the type of equipment, the number of monitoring points, and your vibration diagnostics tasks.
