Shaft Alignment
There’s an Easy-Laser® shaft alignment system for any task and industry, from the simplest to the most complex, suitable even for use in potentially explosive environments. All systems are designed for easy installation on equipment. Vital components are made of aluminum and stainless steel to ensure reliable measurement results and the highest reliability even in the toughest conditions.
Geometric Measurement
Geometric measurement technology covers an extremely wide range. From straightforward measurements of the straightness of an element to significantly more complex right-angle measurements of machinery and turbine checks for power generation. Easy-Laser® systems are excellent for quickly and easily performing all these types of measurements.
Sheave Alignment
There’s a complete set of professional tools for sheave alignment. You can choose between “visual” representation on targets or digital display. Regardless of which you choose, the result of alignment using Easy-Laser® BTA (belt transmission alignment) will be reduced wear on sheaves, belts, bearings, and seals. It also reduces vibration levels and decreases energy consumption costs.
